Diamond pearl beads

The Diamond Cutting Inserts are used to make a sawing wire to cut hard rock like marble.

The production process of the diamond pearl beads begins by making a hollow cylinder in wich a second cylinder made of a special thermo-reacting and diamond paste gets inserted.

Then when all the pieces are fixed on to a graphite base they go trough a sintering furnace and the diamond pieces in the paste emerge on the surface.
